MATTRACKS manufactures rubber track conversion systems for use on 4 wheel drive vehicles. Developed for most 4x4 vehicles, the track system transforms a wheel equipped vehicle into a true all-terrain vehicle equipped with rubber tracks that will go almost anywhere!

Mattracks are the original rubber track conversions designed as a bolt on replacement for the vehicle wheels. Mattracks produces over 60 track systems offering a track system for most any four wheel drive ATV, UTV, Sport Utility Vehicle, mid-sized tractor and truck up to 9290 Kg gross vehicle weight.

Over the past years MATTRACKS have gained popularity in many industries, proving themselves time and time again as a cost effective solution for mobility over some of the world’s most extreme terrain.

Mattracks Rubber Track Systems - The Mattracks product line up includes the Mattracks truck and Sport Utility Vehicle product model series. Available in 5 model series for light duty to extra heavy duty vehicle classes, the track systems match with most every four wheel drive highway vehicle in use. Each model series is designed for a specific vehicle weight class, used for both recreational and commercial off-road travel.

Track-Tor-Assist Track systems - Four wheel drive or front assist tractors up to 11,340 Kg. This track system provides a larger surface contact when compared to tires, effectively spreads out the tractors weight, lowering ground pressure and reduces soil compacting. High flotation plus more traction provides mobility and traction for commercial and agricultural applications when working in the most challenging conditions.

LiteFoot ATV Tracks - LiteFoot track conversion uses a exclusive rubber torsion anti-torque system and the revolutionary shape changing suspension (SCS® System) to keep a large footprint on the ground, providing you with unbelievable traction and mobility on any terrain, resulting in a smooth controlled ride. LiteFoot tracks have only about three quarter pounds per square inch surface pressure, which minimizes ground compression, providing flotation over soft terrain. 7 track configurations plus trailer tracks to select from. For all seasons and all terrain, used for work and play.

Trail-R-Mates – Track systems for use with non-driven wheels on trailers, farm implement and many other pull-behind commercial, recreational, agricultural as well as custom applications. 4 models available with weight ratings of up to 5440 kg. per axle set, a great complement to a Mattracks equipped vehicle. Customers have found a multitude of uses for the Mattracks Trail-R-Mates systems.

Custom Build Track Systems - Mattracks has been contracted to develop track systems for special projects or vehicles and can develop custom track systems to meet your needs. Projects have covered many unique vehicle applications for a broad range of industries. Most projects involve track conversion systems only but not always. Mattracks has developed complete drive systems and track assemblies for the motion picture industry and many other applications. Mattracks can work with you in developing a track conversion system to meet many types of commercial or industrial applications.
